The Slow Film Festival (a charitable organisation founded in 2016) holds screenings, workshops and discussions of artist films that engage with duration. The festival is a space to view and discuss work that has defined the history of slow film and work that redefines its boundaries. Our values can be found here.

To date, the festival has collaborated on programmes with institutions including MUBI and the British Council and has screened work from artists including Ben Rivers, Kevin Jerome Everson, Jesica Sarah Rinland, Babette Mangolte and James Benning.
